What documents are required to hire a vehicle?
The documents required to hire a scooter are a driving licence and an identity card.
If the driver is a non-EU national an “International Driving Permit” is required
What is included in the price?
In addition to taxes and VAT, the price includes unlimited mileage, third-party liability insurance, approved helmets, guaranteed roadside assistance and, of course, a replacement scooter in the event of a breakdown.
What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay by cash or debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express…)
Do I have to return the scooter with a full tank of fuel?
All our scooters are delivered with a full tank of fuel and it is the customer’s responsibility to return it in the same condition.
Any shortfall in fuel will result in payment for the missing amount.
Where do I collect and return the scooter?

What happens if I lose the keys?
If you lose the scooter keys you must contact our office immediately, and we will send replacement keys via our staff.
Is wearing a helmet compulsory?
Wearing a helmet is compulsory for both the rider and the passenger.
In the event of the vediche being impounded by the authorities, due to failure to wear a helmet, the customer will also be charged the rental fee for the days the vehicle was not used.
Which roads can I use when riding your scooters?
As stipulated in Article 175 of the Highway Code motorcycles with an engine capacity of less than 150 cc are prohibited from using motorways and major out-of-town roads.
